No experience needed at all. The session is fully guided from start to finish. Beginners are welcome and often have some of the most profound experiences. You don't have to know what you're doing. You just have to show up.
That is completely fine. You can always return to a normal breath whenever you need to. This is not about doing it perfectly. The guidance is there to support you, not push you beyond what feels right. You are always in control of your own breath.
It can be, but it doesn't have to be. Every experience is different and your body will go where it's ready to go. Some people experience emotional release. Others feel deep calm or physical sensation. Some feel very little during the session and notice shifts afterward. All of it is valid.

Everything you need is provided. You may want to bring a blanket for comfort, water, and a flat pillow if you prefer one under your head. Wear something loose and comfortable that you can fully relax in. Headphones are provided for in-person sessions.
