By accessing our website, purchasing a product or service, registering for an event, joining a membership, submitting a form, booking a session, or otherwise engaging with Wild Gems Collective, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or purchase or participate in our offers.

Wild Gems Collective is the public-facing brand. Huckleberry Gems LLC is the legal business entity operating under that assumed business name. Idaho’s public business filing system distinguishes assumed business names from the underlying entity, which is why both names are identified here.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to all current and future Wild Gems Collective offers, including but not limited to:

websites and web pages

sales pages, checkout pages, and forms

digital products and downloads

workshops, classes, and courses

memberships and subscription offers

in-person events

online events

group experiences

private sessions

9D Breathwork-related offers

applications, waitlists, bookings, and registrations

email, text, and customer support interactions tied to an offer

Additional terms may apply to certain offers, including separate policies for privacy, refunds, cancellations, waivers, or participation requirements. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a more specific written policy for a particular offer, the more specific policy will control for that offer.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase most offers or enter into a binding agreement with us unless a specific offer clearly states otherwise and appropriate consent has been provided.

By using our website or purchasing an offer, you represent that:

6. No Guarantees or Promises of Results

We make no guarantees, warranties, or promises regarding any specific outcome, financial result, emotional result, healing result, business result, personal transformation, or other benefit from using our website, purchasing our products, or participating in our services.

Individual experiences vary. Testimonials, stories, or examples shared on our website, in marketing, or by participants are illustrative only and are not guarantees that you will experience the same or similar results.

7. Purchases and Payment

By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information.

You agree that:

all charges are authorized by you

you are responsible for the full amount of your purchase

you will not use payment methods you are not authorized to use

you remain responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges associated with your purchase unless otherwise stated

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or decline any order, booking, registration, or transaction at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, misuse, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, technical errors, or policy violations.

8. Pricing Errors and Corrections

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and offer details. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information at any time, including after an order is submitted.

If a pricing or offer error materially affects your purchase, we may cancel the transaction and notify you, or provide you the option to proceed under corrected terms where appropriate.

9. Refunds, Cancellations, Transfers, and No-Shows

Refund, cancellation, transfer, rescheduling, and no-show rules may vary by offer.

Those rules may be stated on the checkout page, sales page, registration page, event page, booking confirmation, or in a separate refund or cancellation policy. By purchasing or registering, you agree to the policy applicable to that specific offer.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

purchases are binding once made

missed sessions, missed events, or failure to use purchased access does not automatically create a right to a refund

we are not responsible for participant scheduling conflicts, travel issues, internet issues, forgotten attendance, or failure to review event details

transfer or reschedule requests may be granted or denied at our discretion unless a specific policy states otherwise

If an offer includes installment payments, you remain responsible for completing all payments according to the agreed schedule unless a written policy states otherwise.

10. Memberships and Recurring Billing

If you join a membership, subscription, or recurring payment offer, you authorize us or our third-party payment processor to charge the payment method on file according to the recurring billing terms presented at the time of purchase.

Unless a specific offer states otherwise:

memberships continue until cancelled according to the applicable cancellation terms

cancellation stops future billing only and does not automatically create a refund for past charges

access may continue through the remainder of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated

failed or declined payments may result in suspended or terminated access

We reserve the right to change membership pricing, features, or structure with reasonable notice where appropriate.

11. Digital Products and Immediate Access

For digital products, downloadable materials, recordings, courses, memberships, or other instantly accessible content, access may begin immediately upon purchase.

Because of that immediate access, refunds may be limited or unavailable once access has been granted, unless a specific written policy for that offer states otherwise.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the internet access, software, device compatibility, and technical ability needed to use digital content.

12. Events, Sessions, and Scheduling

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, relocate, substitute, postpone, or cancel events, classes, sessions, or offerings where reasonably necessary due to safety, illness, venue issues, low enrollment, technical issues, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we cancel an offer and do not provide a rescheduled date or reasonable substitute, we may provide a refund, credit, or transfer option at our discretion or as required by the applicable offer terms.

You are responsible for arriving on time, following instructions, and complying with participation rules for in-person and online events.

13. Right to Refuse Service or Remove Participation

We reserve the right to refuse service, deny access, remove participation, cancel registration, or terminate access at our discretion if we determine that a person:

violates these Terms or any applicable policy

is abusive, threatening, harassing, or disruptive

engages in unsafe behavior

appears to be participating in bad faith

infringes intellectual property rights

misuses content or access

poses a risk to the safety, wellbeing, privacy, or experience of others

has provided materially false information

engages in chargeback abuse or fraudulent conduct

If access is terminated for policy, safety, abuse, or misuse reasons, we are not obligated to provide a refund unless required by law or a written policy applicable to that offer.

Your purchase or participation grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for your own personal, non-commercial use only, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

You may not, without prior written permission:

copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute our content

modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from our content

share purchased materials with others

upload or resell our materials

use our materials to create competing offers

remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

record or redistribute sessions where recording is not expressly permitted

15. User Accounts, Access, and Credential Sharing

You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants, customers, members, and attendees.

Wild Gems Collective cannot guarantee that all participants will maintain confidentiality, especially in group settings, but we expect respectful conduct and reserve the right to remove participants who violate privacy expectations or community rules.

You agree not to share, publish, or exploit private participant disclosures, names, images, stories, or identifying details obtained through our offers without permission.

18. Testimonials, Feedback, and Submissions

If you voluntarily provide testimonials, reviews, suggestions, comments, photos, videos, or feedback, you grant us permission to use, reproduce, publish, adapt, and display that content for business, promotional, educational, or marketing purposes, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

You represent that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

If you want a testimonial or submission removed, you may contact us, and we will review the request, but we do not guarantee removal in every context where use was authorized.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
