I know that feeling because I lived there for years.

There was a time when my life looked like it was working from the outside.

I had built a successful e-commerce business. We had customers, growth, momentum. But behind the scenes I was running nonstop, and had been for three years straight.

My alarm went off at 5am. I got the kids ready. And then I worked all day. Creating content, launching products, managing orders, leading a team. Seven days a week. Ten to sixteen hours a day.

At one point we were living in our RV at the shop. Work wasn't just my job. It was five feet from where I slept.

I had always been deep in personal development. I did the courses. Read the books. Gone to the retreats. I studied the experts, did somatic work, used art, journaling, meditation, music. I was doing everything right. And it helped, to a point.

But underneath all of it, my body was still holding everything. The stress. The pressure. The emotion. It didn't matter how much I understood it. It wasn't leaving.

The business years

7 days a week, 10 to 16 hours a day for 3 years. Successful from the outside. Burning out from the inside.

The personal development years

Courses, retreats, somatic work, journaling, meditation. Doing everything right. Body still holding all of it.

The decision

After moving back home and finally having space, one quiet realization: My body wouldn't survive this pattern. Something had to change.

The turning point

That's when I stopped trying to
think my way through it.

After we moved back home and I finally had space away from the business, I knew I couldn't keep living that way. My body wouldn't survive that pattern. So I started looking for something that actually worked with the body, not just the mind. And then I experienced 9D Breathwork.

I don't have perfect words for that first session. But I can tell you it was the calmest I had ever felt. Not surface-level calm. Deep, full-body calm. Something moved. Something released.

but still leave knowing something shifted.
