A few years ago I was running a successful business and completely falling apart on the inside. My nervous system was always running. My mind never shut off. I was carrying pressure I didn't know how to put down.
That sent me searching for something that could actually reach what was underneath all of it. Not another strategy. Something that could touch the part of me that was exhausted in a way I couldn't name. That's how I found 9D Breathwork.
