Before your first session
How to prepare for your 9D journey
- Get plenty of sleep the night before. A well-rested nervous system is more receptive.
- Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. You'll be lying down for most of the session.
- Avoid a large meal 1 to 2 hours before arriving. A light snack is fine.
- No alcohol or recreational substances for at least 24 hours prior.
- Bring a blanket and a flat pillow if you want extra comfort. Everything else is provided.
- Check your email after joining. You'll get details on booking your sessions directly.
