Many participants experience a sense of relief, clarity, and nervous system reset as the body processes and releases.

Before your session

How to prepare for your 9D journey

  • Get plenty of sleep the night before. A well-rested nervous system is more receptive.
  • Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. You'll be lying down for most of the session.
  • Avoid a large meal 1 to 2 hours before arriving. A light snack is fine.
  • No alcohol or recreational substances for at least 24 hours prior.
  • Bring a blanket and a flat pillow if you want extra comfort. Everything else is provided.
  • Check your email after registering. Your confirmation and full prep details will be sent to you directly.
